Baby Steps to Success

I'm happy to report that since I started going to the gym in January I've lost 4 inches...all around of course, not just in one place. I haven't really seen any difference so it was nice to get measured again and see that my hard work is paying off. I'm not sure how much weight I've lost because I wasn't weighed when I started. Numbers on the scale aren't that important to me, it's more how I feel and I feel great!! Too bad losing weight the right way isn't quick and it certainly isn't easy! I'm just happy to know that there was a difference :)

You don't need a personal trainer or even follow a specific diet to lose weight. All you have to do is book a flight to Ethiopia and go on the "Mogadishu diet plan". A few bugs a day keeps the weight at bay. He he.
