Yesterday was Sunday and unless I have a race I do not workout on Sunday. I went to church and had a great day. I intended to do the ab challenge for the day, but completely forgot. I enjoyed a peaceful afternoon and barbecuing with friends. I was in bed dozing off when I finally remembered I didn't do the ab workout and at that point was too cozy to move.
Today is an easy workout day for me. On my workout plan I have 3 weeks of build up and then a rest & recovery week. This is an R&R week so my workouts are shorter and low intensity. Today is 20-30 minutes of cross training. I plan to bike, although it's raining right now. I need a plan B.
