I won't be making this long because I'm away from my computer and using my iPad, but I also didn't want to go another day without a post. I've been feeling better, but I wasn't able to run yesterday. I tried, but got light headed each time. I made good use of my treadmill and walked 3 miles instead on a slight incline. It was slow miles, but it was good to be doing some of exercise. That also continued today. I'm not sure if these aches and pains are from trying to change my diet, dehydration or what. I just hope it subsides soon because I want to run!
