I was supposed to run 3.5 miles today with 2 miles of fartleks (intervals), but it was raining so it was not doable outside. Today was also the last day of school for my students so I was in the mood to celebrate. I will switch my run to tomorrow morning instead. I want to stick with my plan as much as possible.
I still did the ab challenge. Today was 35 sit-ups, 15 crunches, 15 leg raises and a 25 second plank. I did it right after I ate a big meal so it was sluggish, but so far this month I've done something for my fitness each day. I'm happy that I'm making steps, even if they're tiny, toward more consistency :)
